Terms And Conditions
This is a quotation on the goods named, subject to conditions as follows:
Settlement Terms: COD-STRICTLY!!
- Price and delivery time depends on stock availability.
- Cash orders (EFT) to reflect on our bank statement prior to delivery and/or production. Please use quote number as payment reference.
- Collections must be accompanied by sufficient documentation (collection note or signed and stamped Tubecon Quote) provided to the sales representative via email or collecting driver.
- Supply of material will be in terms of Tubecon Africa (Pty) Ltd standard conditions of sale.
- Where an order does not fill a complete load (at least 7.2 tons) Tubecon may use its discretion to ask the customer to collect or to charge a transport cost fee
- All orders are subject to Tubecon's final acceptance.
- Lip and open channels are not manufactured as a precision item and dimensional tolerances of +/-5mm will apply. Not measured closer than 200mm from each end of the section.
- Dangerous areas identified by Tracker will not be delivered to.
- Collections Requirements: Official order must be send with the driver. Drivers name and ID number to be provided prior to the collection. Truck registration number.
- Prices based on quantities quoted and subject to price fluctuations of raw material. Prices are valid for the current month.
- Tubecon reserves the right to deliver non-stock items as soon as production is completed.
- Length tolerance, in accordance with mill tolerance, of -0 +50.0mm. Unless otherwise specified.
- Tubecon will endeavour to manufacture as close to the ordered quantity as possible, but reserves the right to over/under supply to nearest full slit quantity.
- Orders must specify delivery dates. Deliveries will be made as scheduled and delays thereof may incur storage cost.
- Confirmation orders to be send through at all times. Forecasts are treated as informative only.
- All prices exclude VAT.
- Collections to be arranged one day prior to the collection date.
