Terms and Conditions

All sales are final.
Lead-times are dependent on availability of material, quantity of the parts and bending requirements.
All orders will be for collection, Tubecon will not deliver any orders.
No orders will be processed or manufactured until payment clears in suppliers bank account.
Collection of orders to be arranged a day in advanced.
Collection times between 08:00 and 14:00 Mondays to Thursdays. No collections over weekends and public holidays.
Prices based on quantities quoted and subject to price fluctuations of raw material. Prices are valid for the current month.
Tubecon can for any reason cancel a transaction at any time.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the material and wall thickness of each item is selected and ordered correctly.
The customer has to ensure that the .STP or .STEP files are 100% correct and that the drawings of items supplied are done to scale.
Tubecon does not take responsibility for items cut and bend on an incorrectly supplied .STP or .STEP file.
Customer will not be able to return incorrectly cut items if it is cut according to files supplied.
Cutting tolerance for plates between 0.9mm and 16mm thickness is +/- 0.3mm.
Cutting tolerance for plates between 20mm and 40mm thickness is +/- 1.2mm.
Bending tolerance for flanges and baseplates is +/- 1mm.
Bending tolerance is +/-1º.
Supply of material will be in terms of Tubecon Africa (Pty) Ltd standard conditions of sale.
All orders are subject to Tubecon's final acceptance.
