Welcome to the website of the fastest and one of the leading steel tube and profile manufacturers in South Africa.

Having started out in 1977 by manufacturing round, square and rectangular steel tubes, Tubecon Africa has expanded over the years and now supplies a wide range of steel products to various industries across South Africa and neighbouring countries, such as Namibia, Botswana and Mozambique. In recent years, we also focused on expanding our value-added services to include tube laser as well as plate laser cutting and bending through Tubecon Laser.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service throughout the buying process, from quoting to delivery, as well as after sales service. Our manufacturing facility in Pretoria and our branch in Cape Town, combined with our own fleet of trucks makes us able to supply to customers in the Gauteng and Cape Town area on a daily basis and to areas such as Durban, Pietermaritzburg and Bloemfontein more than once a week.

Application specific tubes:

Lancing tubes, scaffold tubes, conveyor tubes and borehole casings

Big Bore Welded Tube:

Diameters of 175 and upwards and heaver wall thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 12mm

Closed profiles:

D-sections, oval tubes and non-standards

Conduit and conduit accessories:

Lightweight and screwed and socketed in black or galvanized material

Customised open profiles:

Customer specific designed top hats, top rails, side rails and many more

Lip and open channels:

Rolled to length, punched and pin marked

Cut to size services:

Round, square and rectangular steel tubes can be cut to the customer`s length requirement

We have geared our self-developed software systems to effectively combine all value adding solutions into a single kit

Plate laser cutting:

Sheet metal components from various materials up to 40mm thickness

Swaged:

Decreasing the outside diameter of the last part of the steel tube

Tubelaser cutting:

Increasing customer convenience in terms of buying and cutting the required tubes at one place
